Energy CS Opiyo Wandayi has criticised retired President Uhuru Kenyatta for allegedly failing to ensure balanced national development during his tenure. Speaking to residents of Malava, Kakamega County, Wandayi said Western Kenya has benefited significantly from development projects since President William Ruto took office in 2022, while accusing Uhuru of neglecting some regions during his presidency.
