Global coffee production for the 2025/2026 marketing year, measured in 60 kg bags according to the USDA Foreign Agriculture Service, highlights clear leading nations in the market.
Brazil stands out as the world's largest producer, accounting for 35 per cent of global output, mainly growing arabica beans in high-altitude regions.
Vietnam follows as the second-largest producer with 18 per cent.
Colombia and Indonesia each contribute 7 per cent, while Ethiopia accounts for 6 per cent of total volume.
India and Uganda both share a 4 per cent market stake, closely followed by Honduras and Peru at 3 per cent each.
Among other notable contributors, Mexico supplies 2 per cent, Guatemala produces 1.8 per cent, and Nicaragua yields 1.4 per cent.
China contributes 1.1 per cent, followed by Malaysia and Tanzania at 0.8 per cent each.
Côte d'Ivoire produces 0.7 per cent, Costa Rica stands at 0.6 per cent, and Kenya rounds out the list at 0.5 per cent.
