Motorists across Kenya will adjust to updated fuel prices following the latest review by the Energy and Petroleum Regulatory Authority.

Effective from April 16, 2026, through May 14, 2026, the retail prices for Super Petrol and Diesel show slight regional variations across major towns, reflecting the logistical costs of distribution from the port of Mombasa.

Nairobi residents will see Petrol retailing at Sh197.60 per liter, while Diesel is priced at Sh196.63.

Mombasa remains the most affordable hub due to its proximity to the terminal, with Petrol at Sh194.32 and Diesel at Sh193.35.

In the lakeside city of Kisumu, prices are set at Sh197.48 for Petrol and Sh196.85 for Diesel, closely mirrored by Eldoret which shares identical Petrol pricing and a marginal difference in Diesel at Sh196.86.

Nakuru falls into a similar mid-range bracket, with Petrol at Sh196.66 and Diesel at Sh196.04.
