Kenyan comedian and content creator 2mbili has expressed alarm at the wave of negativity directed towards forex trader Kenyan Prince. The backlash followed a recent feature on the creator’s popular automotive show.
The controversy began after a new episode of "Everything Cars with 2mbili" showcased a fleet of high-end vehicles belonging to the young man known as Kenyan Prince. While the show usually celebrates car culture, the comment section quickly turned "heated."
Questioning the negativity
Taking to social media, 2mbili shared several screenshots of the criticism. He appeared surprised by the lack of support among his young peers. He asked his followers why there is a trend among young people of hating their fellows.
“Btw, why do young people hate on their fellows? Kila msee ata make it,” he questioned.
The creator urged his audience to stay focused on their own goals despite the online friction. He encouraged them to keep your head high and continue pushing their individual hustle.

Other viewers questioned the logic of the display. One user asked why such expensive cars were being parked outside in Kayole, a residential area in Nairobi.
2mbili countered the remark with a sarcastic question, asking if the owner should instead sleep with the vehicles inside the house.

One follower asked 2mbili why he had not taken up trading himself, given he is often surrounded by fx traders.
2mbili responded by comparing the situation to other professions. He asked the user why they were not a doctor despite potentially hanging around medical professionals.
