“A few months ago, I had to painfully watch my husband be put in the difficult position of either choosing to keep our surprise baby or put my and the baby's life at risk,” she wrote.
She explained that the situation unfolded after her husband found her bleeding heavily at home, before she collapsed in front of their son.

“So to be here healthy, strong, full of joy, back to myself, surrounded by so much love and feeling strong little kicks inside me... man, what a special birthday to be present and alive,” she wrote.
