Infrastructure development leads with 14 per cent, tying with not sure at the same percentage.
Reduction/Stabilisation of Cost of living and agriculture follow at 5 per cent and 4 per cent respectively.
Health Services and job creation each registered 3 per cent, while the education system was cited by 2 per cent.
"Other" achievements accounted for 10 per cent.
The data suggests that while infrastructure development is noted, a significant portion of the population remains undecided or attributes achievements to other categories.
