The Infotrak CountyTrak Performance Index, released on February 11, 2025, offers a comprehensive assessment of Kenyan counties' performance across various sectors, including energy.

Conducted between October and December 2024, the survey engaged 39,795 respondents across all 47 counties, 290 constituencies, and 1,450 wards.

While the detailed energy sector rankings are available in the full report, the Index serves as a citizen scorecard, providing an objective evaluation of county governments' effectiveness in delivering energy services.
