The Law Society of Kenya is calling for the reconstitution of Cabinet following a High Court ruling that declared its composition unconstitutional for violating the two-thirds gender rule. LSK President Charles Kanjama said the President and Cabinet are now in active violation of the Constitution, warning that Cabinet decisions and actions could be declared null and void.
