Kenya Airways is urging organisations to strengthen workplace disability awareness, warning that stigma discourages employees from seeking support or disclosing their needs. Linda Okolo, the airline’s Diversity Initiative Lead, said inclusion should go beyond regulatory compliance and become part of workplace culture. Speaking at a diversity benchmarking session at AFRALTI in Nairobi, she noted that disability also affects employees’ families.
