Organisations should make digital accessibility a management priority rather than leave it to ICT departments, British High Commission official Charles Juma has said. Speaking during a diversity benchmarking session at AFRALTI in Nairobi, Juma said institutions must integrate accessibility into their operations to create opportunities for persons with disabilities. He noted that accessible websites alone were insufficient, urging organisations to ensure all digital systems and services could be used by everyone.
