Institutions have been urged to make disability inclusion part of their everyday operations, rather than treating it as a concern affecting a minority. Speaking at AFRALTI in Nairobi, KISE Deputy Director of Finance Anthony Mwangi said disability could affect anyone at different stages of life. He described it as an “open club” that anyone could join due to changing circumstances, calling for inclusive institutional practices.
