Plans to establish a 45-megawatt waste-to-energy plant in Dandora are at an advanced stage following a Project Development Agreement between Nairobi County and China National Electric Engineering Company. Governor Johnson Sakaja said the project is undergoing necessary approvals and considerations by EPRA.
