Industrial automation is reshaping global manufacturing, with Asian and European economies leading the charge in robot density per worker.

South Korea stands far ahead of the rest of the world, commanding a dominant lead with 1,220 industrial robots per 10,000 workers. Singapore ranks second with 818, while European industrial powerhouses Germany (449) and Japan (446) secure the third and fourth spots.

Advanced economies across Europe and North America continue to accelerate automation. Sweden (377), Denmark (329), Slovenia (315), the United States (307), Taiwan (302), Switzerland (294), and the Netherlands (293) all rank within the top echelon globally.

Further down the spectrum, Austria leads the second tier of automated nations with 272 robots per worker, followed closely by Canada (241), Italy (237), Belgium (232), Czechia (216), and Slovakia (210). France (195), Finland (183), Spain (183), Hungary (172), and China (166) complete the global leaderboard, underlining how key manufacturing hubs are adopting robotics to boost productivity.
