Dubai, UAE, closely follows in second place with a score of 84, while Taipei, Taiwan, claims third with 83. The top five is rounded out by Hong Kong, China, and Singapore, which tied for fourth and fifth position, both registering a score of 78.
East Asian metropolitan hubs continue to feature prominently across the upper tier of the standings. Tokyo, Japan, and Shenzhen, China, both achieved a score of 76, placing them sixth and seventh, respectively.
The remaining spots in the top ten showcase a strong performance by Saudi Arabia alongside South Korea. Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, along with Seoul, South Korea, each earned a score of 75, occupying the eighth, ninth, and tenth rankings.
