Kenya Secondary School Heads Association chairperson Willie Kuria has disputed claims that the government has fully disbursed secondary school capitation funds for the current term. Kuria said schools had received Sh14,000 per student against the expected Sh22,000 annually. He urged the Ministry of Education to release the outstanding funds promptly to support school operations and prevent disruptions to learning.
