Higher Education PS Beatrice Inyangala says Kenya must recognise learning acquired through different pathways, including formal education, technical and vocational training and workplace learning. PS Inyangala says the qualifications framework should allow learners to progress from one level to another and, where requirements are met, move across different pathways. She also stressed the need to keep qualifications relevant as occupations, technologies and skills requirements continue to change.
