EACC has recovered assets worth Sh207 million from former Trans Nzoia County accountant Andrew Biketi over unexplained wealth.The Anti-Corruption Court ruled that Musuya failed to explain how he acquired the assets, which include properties in Mombasa and Bungoma, bank and M-Pesa deposits, and two vehicles. The court ordered the assets to be forfeited to the government.
