Kathiani MP Robert Mbui has accused the government of using public resources and development projects to influence voters ahead of the Ol Kalou by-election. Speaking at Ngoleni Secondary School in Machakos County, Mbui said development is a constitutional right and should not be tied to elections or political allegiance.
