The Salaries and Remuneration Commission (SRC) will today begin a three-day public participation across all 47 counties to gather views on three proposed instruments aimed at improving national productivity and performance. These are the Draft National Productivity and Performance Bill, 2026, the Draft National Productivity Management Policy, 2026, and a revised framework for recognising productivity and performance in the public service. Members of the public, government officials and other stakeholders are invited to submit their views.
