Last weekend was different. After grinding the whole week, I just wanted to step out, breathe, and see what my device could really do in the real world.
No fancy setup, just me moving how I normally move. I left the house on Saturday morning with a battery level of 89%.
A Battery That Actually Keeps Up
Fast forward to late night after spending hours at a local football viewing centre—shooting, editing photos, and just being on the phone non-stop—I glanced at the time, 9:19 pm, and the battery was still at 31%.
I can’t lie, that one surprised me. It actually lasted. The hall was alive as usual: dim lights, loud noise, the glowing big screens, and guys fully locked in, each cheering their favorite teams and individual players. I started taking pictures left and right.
Capturing the Night Life
In that low light, the camera did a good job. The night shots came out clear—you could see people’s faces when their favorite teams were attacking, the bright screens, and the whole energy in the room. I zoomed in a few times, too, from wide to close, and it still held decent detail.
Easy Edits and Smarter Snaps
Later I sat down and edited the photos straight on the phone. I used the object erase to remove distractions in the background, the "tidy up" tool to clean shadows and reflections, and the lasso tool to quickly cut around what I wanted to keep. It was easy.
Security and Smooth Handling
Security felt good, too. In a crowded, shoulder-to-shoulder place, the face unlock was quick. I set up the voice assistant to my voice and could tell it to turn the screen on or off without even taking the phone out fully.
That was lowkey handy. Not everything was flawless, though—some of the smarter AI features prefer an internet connection—but for normal use and quick edits, it worked fine.
By the end of the night, I realised this device actually fits how most of us live: long days, late nights, creating content on the move, and still having battery left. It offers good speed, enough storage, and it doesn’t feel like you’re missing out on much.
