Renowned Kenyan music producer Magix Enga has hit back at reports claiming his recent marriage has ended. Taking to social media, the beatmaker clarified that his relationship with his wife, Jojo, remains solid and that they are very much together.
No Reverse Gear
Addressing the claims directly, Enga expressed amusement at the speed of the gossip mill. He noted that bloggers seemed eager to report on a breakup faster than he could release new music. The producer was firm in his stance, dismissing any talk of a separation.
"Relax... hatujaachana," he posted, which translates to "Relax... we have not split." He further emphasised the permanence of his commitment, stating that there is "no reverse gear" in their story and that the couple is happy.

The clarification follows the couple’s civil wedding, which took place in Nakuru in late March this year. Enga’s wife, Jojo, is an American citizen. The ceremony marked a new chapter for the producer, who has been a prominent figure in the Kenyan entertainment industry for several years.
Despite the recent nature of their nuptials, online rumours began to circulate suggesting a rift. Enga’s response aimed to put those claims to rest immediately. He confirmed that they have no intention of turning back and are focused on their life together.

The producer is currently promoting his new track titled "Baby Girl". He requested his followers and the media to prioritise streaming the song over discussing relationship updates. He made it clear that professional milestones are currently his priority for public consumption.
