Akorino philanthropist and musician Karangu Muraya appeared as a guest on Obinna Show Live at Obinna TV Studios. Known to his supporters as Mr Wonderful, Muraya sat down with host Oga Obinna to discuss his ministry, charity work, and personal life.
During the interview, live viewers continuously flooded the chat section with comments about Muraya’s ex-partner, Triza. Many commentators posted questions regarding past marital disputes and emotional struggles.
Obinna noticed the ongoing chatter and asked Muraya to explain who Triza was.
Respecting Boundaries

"Yeye alisha move on."

"Na siwezi ongelelea bibi ya mwingine hapa. Just ignore anyone who asks you about her. People do separate,” he added.
He confirmed that Triza was his ex-partner. However, he maintained that her current marriage means she deserves privacy and respect.
Handling Public Scrutiny

At the time, he started a live video on TikTok to defend himself, an action he now considers a mistake made under pressure.
Muraya also addressed claims regarding fatherhood and family responsibilities. He stated that he takes active responsibility for all his children. To monitor their education directly, he remains part of the official school communication groups for each of his children.
Personal Tragedy and Philanthropy
The Akorino artist also opened up about personal tragedies, including the painful loss of his two brothers, Paul and his younger sibling. He expressed frustration over false online claims regarding his family and charitable activities.

"Passport ya 64 pages iko karibu kujaa na nikiangalia mahali nimeenda kwingi ni India."
Defending the Artist
Toward the end of the show, host Obinna defended Muraya against online critics who questioned his level of education. Obinna issued a 5 million cash challenge with a one-week deadline.
He challenged any critic to prove higher international travel or greater monthly financial transactions than Muraya.
Muraya concluded the interview by stating that he remains focused on supporting his family and continuing his work despite public criticism.
