Kenyan content creator Jaymo Ule Msee has sparked online debate after criticising Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna, accusing him of relying on political slogans instead of offering practical solutions for the country.
Jaymo made the remarks in a social media post that quickly attracted reactions from Kenyans across different platforms.

Jaymo questioned whether the opposition was providing clear alternatives for Kenyans beyond anti-government slogans.
The comedian argued that simply calling for President Ruto’s exit from power was not enough to address the country’s economic and social challenges.
His comments immediately spread online, with some users supporting his argument while others defended Sifuna and the opposition’s messaging.
Sifuna has, in recent months, emerged as one of the most vocal critics of the Kenya Kwanza administration, frequently using public rallies, interviews, and social media platforms to challenge government policies.
Kenyans Online Split Over Jaymo’s Criticism of Sifuna
Social media users appeared divided over Jaymo’s remarks.
Some agreed with him and questioned what they described as a lack of clear solutions from opposition leaders.
Others accused the content creator of unfairly targeting Sifuna.

DM Removes Edwin Sifuna as Secretary General
The debate comes shortly after the Orange Democratic Movement removed Sifuna from his position as Secretary General during a National Executive Committee meeting held in Mombasa.
In a statement, ODM said the decision was linked to concerns over discipline and conduct within the party leadership.
Busia Woman Representative Catherine Omanyo was appointed to serve in the role on an acting basis until a substantive replacement is elected.
Sifuna has recently been linked to a faction opposed to ongoing cooperation talks between ODM and the ruling United Democratic Alliance party, a disagreement that has reportedly intensified divisions within the opposition outfit following the death of longtime party leader Raila Odinga last year.
