The market remains concentrated among the top-tier players. Vivo Energy, RUBiS and Total Energies continue to dominate but with slight share compression.

With a 14.7% market share, Vivo Energy Kenya, which owns the Shell brand, remained the top oil marketing firm in Kenya in 2025 for the Overall Market Share.

RuBiS Energy Kenya was ranked second with 11.21%, while TotalEnergies Marketing Kenya PLC emerged third, holding an overall market share of 11.0%, Stabex International was 4 th with 5.0%. Be Energy with 3.70% was 5 th and OLA Energy 3.0%, Hass Petroleum and Galana Energies both at 2.9%.
