
Faiba emerged as the leading fixed internet service provider in Kenya for 2026, according to a recent performance ranking based on nPerf scores.
The data, collected between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026, evaluated providers on browsing and video streaming quality.
Faiba secured the top position with a score of 67,150, outpacing its closest competitors in the market.
VGG Connect followed in second place with a score of 59,321, while Safaricom ranked third, recording 55,978 points.
Zuku and Airtel trailed the leaders, posting scores of 53,181 and 41,438, respectively.
These rankings reflect the network performance rate, a metric used to determine the efficiency of fixed internet connections for domestic users.
The study utilised tests conducted through the nPerf website and its partner platforms over a 12-month period.
These results highlight the competitive landscape of Kenya's digital infrastructure as providers strive to meet the rising demand for high-speed connectivity and reliable streaming services.
