Streaming Performance: Which is the best fixed internet service provider?

A new report by network diagnostic firm nPerf has crowned Faiba and Safaricom as the top-performing fixed internet service providers for video streaming in Kenya for 2026.

Faiba secured the leading spot with a performance score of 69.47%, closely followed by Safaricom at 67.95%. The study evaluated providers based on YouTube load times across three resolutions and playback stability.

VGG Connect and Zuku followed with scores of 65.63% and 63.01%, respectively, while Airtel trailed the group at 57.81%.

These findings highlight a competitive market where Faiba and Safaricom continue to set the gold standard for buffer-free entertainment.
