Kenyan content creator Lynne Njihia has shared a deeply personal account of her pregnancy, revealing how severe ulcers took a toll on her health and ultimately triggered her early labour.

Speaking candidly, Lynne described a difficult journey marked by pain, anxiety, and uncertainty about both her well-being and that of her baby.

Ulcers Triggered My Labour

Lynne did not hold back as she explained just how intense the situation became.

According to her, the condition worsened over time, making it hard to eat properly or maintain a healthy routine during pregnancy.

Delivered at Seven Months

In a revelation that surprised many, Lynne said she delivered her baby at just seven months — well before the expected nine-month term.
She also made a light-hearted confession about her emotional experience during pregnancy, saying it changed how she related to her mum.
“Sikufika nine months… nilijifungua at seven months. Pregnancy yangu ilifanya nipende sana my mum.”

Struggles With Nutrition and Health

Beyond the early delivery, Lynne also opened up about her struggles with nutrition.
She admitted she was constantly worried about not getting enough nutrients for herself and her baby due to the ulcers affecting her appetite.
“Nilikuwa na stress because I wasn’t getting enough nutrients for my baby and me.”
At one point, she even experienced physical changes, including a noticeably swollen or “fat” face, which she linked to her overall health condition during the pregnancy.

Life After Birth: Lynne and Her Baby Today

Since the difficult  pregnancy and early delivery , Lynne Njihia has been focusing on raising her baby and gradually rebuilding her health.
