Appearing intoxicated during the stream, Kioi spoke candidly about his declining health. He revealed he is currently battling kidney failure and complications affecting his liver.

He confirmed that one of his kidneys has already failed, yet he instructed medical staff not to remove the organ.

"I'm very sure this year cannot end [before I pass]."

Many people, including a friend named Stacey and numerous TikTok followers, reached out to Nairobi County official Geoffrey Mosiria. They shared the specific challenges Kioi was facing, including his medical complications and struggles with alcohol abuse.

Mosiria responded to these calls by meeting with the content creator personally. After discussing the situation, the official offered his support to help Kioi access professional care.

The Path to Recovery

Following their meeting, Mosiria confirmed that Kioi has agreed to enter a rehabilitation programme. He will be admitted to the Rapid Rehabilitation Centre for Addiction to address his substance abuse issues alongside his medical needs.

Mosiria pledged to remain by Kioi’s side throughout the process. He stated his goal is to see the TikToker regain his health and stability. This intervention offers a glimmer of hope for a creator who had previously told fans he had "accepted" his fate.
