Renowned Kenyan preacher Rev Lucy Natasha has once again captured the hearts of her followers after surprising her mother, Pastor Esther Wanjiru, with a lavish birthday celebration.
The highlights of the evening included high-end tech, luxury fragrances, and an upcoming international holiday.
A Night of Surprises
The celebrations took place during a beautifully organised birthday dinner. In a video shared on social media, Rev Natasha is seen approaching her mother while holding a large, elegant bouquet of yellow roses.
Tucked neatly into the flowers was the star attraction: a brand-new iPhone 17 Pro Max.

The scene was filled with emotion as the two shared a warm embrace and a kiss, surrounded by festive decorations including a large balloon arch and a "Happy Birthday" neon sign. Rev Natasha expressed her deep gratitude for her mother's influence on her life.
"Mum, thank you for every prayer, every sacrifice, and for raising us in the ways of the Lord," she wrote in a touching tribute.
"We are who we are because of you... you are our greatest blessing."
The Big Reveal
The moment of the unboxing was met with pure excitement. Pastor Esther, beaming with joy, carefully opened the white iPhone box to reveal the gold-coloured device.
As the phone powered on, she held it up for the guests to see, laughing and dancing with delight as the crowd cheered.
The generosity didn't stop with the latest smartphone. Rev Natasha also presented her mother with several bottles of luxury perfume, including the classic Coco Chanel Mademoiselle. The video captured Pastor Esther proudly displaying the fragrance bottle to the camera as she celebrated her special day.
More Than Just Gifts
Beyond the physical presents, Rev Natasha revealed that her mother would also be treated to a well-deserved vacation. This gesture underscores the strong bond between the pair, who are both prominent figures in the ministry.
While specific statistics on high-end smartphone gifting are rare, the trend of celebrating parental milestones with premium technology has seen a significant rise among digital content creators and public figures in Kenya.
The celebration serves as a public display of honouring parents, a theme Rev Natasha frequently touches upon in her ministry. As the evening concluded, she offered a prayer for her audience, wishing that they toomight experience similar seasons of surprise and blessing.
