"Mum Wants to Become Plastic!": Morgan Bahati Blasts Diana Marua’s BBL Plans

Diana Marua, a prominent Kenyan content creator and media personality, has sparked a lively family debate regarding her desire for cosmetic body enhancements.

In a recently shared video, Diana is seen driving her adopted son, Morgan Bahati, who is dressed in his school uniform. The conversation highlights a significant divide between Diana’s personal aesthetic goals and her family’s preference for her natural appearance.

The Transformation List

During the car ride, the list of potential procedures discussed was extensive. Diana expressed a strong urge to undergo several major surgeries, including liposuction, a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL), and a breast lift.

The discussion also touched upon dental enhancements, with mentions of braces and crowns.

“Mum wants to turn herself into plastic! Do you want to consider BBL, breast lift, and liposuction? Why? You're already beautiful. You don't need all that. You're going to look like a doll, and not in a good way,” Morgan told her.

Morgan, however, remained firm in his opposition to these plans. He argued that the family is already providing her with the biggest support by encouraging her to remain as she is. He suggested that the family prefers her current look over any surgical intervention.

“Mum has been going on a rant that as a family we are not supporting her enough, and I’ve been telling her that the biggest support we’ve given her is that we are appreciating her natural look. We love you the way you are,” Morgan assured her.

Concerns Over ‘Plastic’ Results

The debate grew more intense as Morgan described his mother’s ambitions as an attempt to convert herself. He expressed a blunt concern that Diana was moving toward a look that appeared artificial. According to Morgan, his father, the musician Bahati, is also not in favour of the procedures.

Morgan claimed that the singer’s main objection is the fear that Diana wants to turn herself into plastic.

“What I was telling her, dad did not support it because now basically mum wants to turn herself into plastic,” Morgan added.

Despite this, Diana maintained that her motivations are personal and centered on her own self-image. She explained that the changes are "for the good of how I want to look and how I want to feel."

The Influence of Peer Pressure

The conversation took a revealing turn when Morgan suggested that Diana’s sudden interest in surgery might be the result of external influences.

He reminded her of a day she showed him a photo of another woman she had met, pointing out the woman's enhanced physique.Morgan explicitly labelled this as peer pressure.

Diana did not deny the influence but stayed focused on the eventual outcome. She teased that a major change is coming, regardless of the current lack of family consensus. She told her son and her audience to "stay tuned," promising a big surprise by the end of the year.

The dialogue also touched on how these physical changes might affect her relationship with her husband. Diana jokingly remarked that her husband was not kissing her.

Morgan, showing a surprising level of candidness, sided with his father on the matter. He suggested that if he were in his father's position, he would also find it difficult to adjust to such a drastic physical transformation.
