Motorists in Theta, Juja Constituency, Kiambu county, have been forced to navigate muddy, waterlogged potholes along the Kimbo-Matangi Road following heavy rainfall in the area.

The downpour has rendered many roads across the country impassable, causing delays and making travel hazardous for drivers and pedestrians alike.

Nairobi had also been hit by widespread flooding, with major roads in low-lying areas such as Uhuru Park, Mombasa Road, Parklands and Mbagathi Way submerged.
