Kenyan sprint star Ferdinand Omanyala Omurwa has completed construction of his seven-bedroom mansion in Ruiru, Kiambu County, marking a significant personal milestone.
The property, valued at approximately KSh 50 million according to local media reports, features a modern architectural design.

Reports indicate that the residence sits on a spacious compound with room for parking and outdoor gatherings. The interior includes:
- A large master bedroom with a walk-in closet
- An expansive kitchen flowing into the dining area
- Several additional bedrooms are designed for the family and guests.
The perimeter is secured by a concrete wall topped with electric and razor wire fencing.

Omanyala shared a video of the completed home on his social media platforms. In the clip, he is seen stepping out of the house as congratulatory messages stream in from followers.
“I am so grateful,” he wrote in the caption accompanying the post.

Omanyala is widely recognized as Africa’s fastest man and holds the African record in the 100 meters. He set the continental record of 9.77 seconds in 2021, a performance that placed him among the fastest men in history over the distance.
