Kenyan TikToker Monica Judith, who is married to a Russian national, has gone viral after recounting what she described as an unsettling encounter with Russian streamer Alex Ananasik and his associates.
Her claims emerge at a time when concerns are mounting over foreign men allegedly recording and distributing private content involving Kenyan women without consent.
The Rooftop Introduction
In a video shared on TikTok, Monica explained that she and a friend first encountered Ananasik and his group after realising the men were renting an apartment next to her friend’s residence.

While on the rooftop, Monica struck up a conversation in Russian — a move that reportedly surprised the group due to her fluency in the language. According to her account, the men invited them over for drinks and casual conversation.
She alleged that during the gathering, the men began recording her while asking questions. One of them, she claimed, appeared to be using smart glasses to film discreetly.
Allegations of Explicit Content Uploads
The situation escalated when Monica’s friend allegedly noticed the group uploading explicit material featuring women to a private Telegram channel.
Monica further claimed that the men expressed intentions to specifically target Kenyan women for similar recordings and exposure online.

In her video, she shared the name of the Telegram channel as a warning to others, stating that after drinks and conversation, her friend realised videos were being uploaded. She maintained that neither she nor her friend engaged in any inappropriate behaviour.
“I am here to clear my name and my friend’s name. We did nothing wrong,” she said, urging women to avoid contact with Ananasik.
She also advised anyone who may have interacted with the group to consider getting tested for health reasons, underscoring her concerns about the situation.
Monica added that the men had asked her to help translate messages for their apartment owner, positioning her as a mediator during their stay.
A Pattern Raising Concern
Her allegations come amid broader scrutiny of similar incidents involving foreign nationals operating in Kenya.
Recently, Russian national Vladislav Liukov — known online as Yaytseslav Trahov — faced backlash over claims that he secretly recorded and leaked intimate encounters with Kenyan women via Telegram and other platforms. The controversy sparked widespread condemnation online.
Public figures, including content creator Mzungu Fresh, have called for investigations and arrests in such cases, citing alleged patterns of non-consensual recording, exploitation and monetisation through subscription-based platforms.
While Monica’s claims regarding Ananasik differ slightly in method — with references to YouTube content and a paid OnlyFans account — the alleged approach of befriending women and inviting them into private spaces has drawn parallels.
