World's Top Universities for Business and Economics

The latest global rankings for business and economics in 2026 place leading universities from the United States, China, the United Kingdom and Singapore at the top.

The Massachusetts Institute of Technology ranked first with a score of 93.3, followed by Stanford University and Tsinghua University.

Oxford and the University of California, Berkeley completed the top five.

Cambridge, Peking University, Harvard University, the University of Chicago and the National University of Singapore also featured in the top 10.

The rankings assessed universities based on teaching, research environment, research quality, industry engagement and international outlook.

The University of Nairobi was ranked 801 globally.
