Kenyan musician Timothy Owuor, popularly known as Timmy T Dat, has announced that he has given his life to Christ.
The former secular artist made the declaration during gospel rapper Eko Dyda’s album launch, held in Nairobi, an event that also doubled as Dyda’s birthday celebration.
Timmy T Dat, widely recognised for his hit song 'Atekwe’, walked to the stage during the event and publicly shared his decision before a congregation made up of gospel artists, church leaders, and guests.

 “I have decided to give my life to Christ,” Timmy told the audience.
The moment was met with prayers and applause from attendees, many of whom described the declaration as one of the defining moments of the night.
