Focus on Events After the First Video

While condemning the recording, Nurse Judy said her concerns extended to what followed the initial incident. She referenced the circulation of a second video involving the same individuals.

“What annoyed me is the woman’s reaction after the first video,” she stated.

According to Nurse Judy, the subsequent footage showed Marion remaining with the man, continuing to interact with him instead of disengaging from the situation. She highlighted this as a key factor shaping her interpretation of the events.

Addressing Claims of Intoxication

Nurse Judy also addressed online claims suggesting Marion may have been intoxicated during the incident. She said intoxication varies in degree and asserted that awareness should be assessed based on observable behavior.

“There are levels to intoxication,” she said.

She added that, in her view, Marion appeared sufficiently aware of her surroundings and circumstances at the time.

Conditions for Support

In concluding her remarks, Nurse Judy explained what would have influenced her position differently. She stated that visible resistance or objection would have demonstrated a clearer rejection of the behavior.

“If we had seen her clearly calling him out… I would support her 100%,” she said.

The video and Nurse Judy’s response continue to attract widespread engagement online, reflecting ongoing public discussion around accountability, consent, and conduct in viral social media incidents.
