Popular Kenyan musician Visita recently sat down for a candid interview with media personality Oga Obinna. In the emotional and honest conversation, Visita opened up about his music journey, personal struggles, and family life.

When asked whether his sound had evolved, he said, “For a while now, I have been working on a Kenyan sound that is really different and, God willing, I will soon launch it.”I enjoy working with Kenrazy, we are still very close to date.”

He also revealed that his song, Elewa Lewa, is one that he feels is much underrated. If you are truly a music fan, you are supposed to understand there is another level of writing.

"We want our fans to stop being average listeners, and they listen to our music deeply,” Visita urged.

Visita opened up and said that he was a very happy and jovial person, but later on he became a very angry person and started fearing people for no reason.

“Right now I have peace of mind and peace in my heart which I am grateful for.” He said.

 Later on when he was asked on what happened for him to leaving Grandpa's records, he said, “ I didn’t go to the studio for like two weeks due my issues. Then when I decided to stay home I found myself on the front page of a magazine saying that I was fired. You just read the room, and, and you see you are not wanted there so I just left. I was never fired, and I have never been fired anywhere.”

When asked if his in a relationship, he revealed that he has been with his wife for 16 years with three daughters.

“I had a son but God took him immediately after birth. Once my wife was pregnant with our son, she was given the COVID-19 vaccine which without our knowledge was poisonous to the baby.” He explained.

Visita went on to praise his wife. “God blessed me with a loving and understanding wife. We have gone through a lot together. There was a time she was messed up mentally, she faced insults and disturbances and we just decided that she should raise the kids in upcountry.” He said.

As the interview came to an end, Oga Obinna then urged the people who were looking for producers, directors and performers to give Visita a call and a job. “He is good for it, I can vouch for him,” he said.
