CS William Kabogo Responds After His Photo Goes Viral on X

ICT Cabinet Secretary William Kabogo has once again been targeted by X users who have trended a picture of him in an unusual appearance and used it as a meme.

The picture, whose origin is still unknown, started circulating on X on Monday with several users using it in various contexts, with the aim of mocking his skills in ICT matters.

In the photo, CS Kabogo is sitting on a chair in what appears to be a government office environment, wearing a white shirt, red tie, khaki pants, and finishing off with safari boots and socks with bright stripes.

While sitting in his chair, the ICT minister looks like someone thinking about something that is bothering him, and seems to be caught on camera from the side, without him noticing.

This style of dressing, which is quite unusual for many government officials, especially when they are in an office environment, made many laugh, with some critiquing his fashion sense, and others taking the opportunity to create funny memes.

Several memes mocking his knowledge of some of the jargon in the ICT profession flooded X and made his name top on the trends, leading him to cheekily respond to one of the memes.

‘I’m enjoying it, if no one makes such, you need to be very worried,”Kabogo responded to a tweep whose meme was mocking his knowledge of the DDoS in matters cyber security.
