What manufacturers want government to do

Manufacturers want the government to prioritize several key actions.

Firstly, they seek the promotion of a globally competitive manufacturing sector.

Secondly, an export-led industrialization is desired.

Thirdly, manufacturers want support for the growth of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).

Finally, they advocate for the promotion of the Agriculture for Industry (A4I) agenda.

This is according to the Manufacturing Priority Agenda 2025 report by the Kenya Association of Manufacturers.
