Since his lavish wedding las year, Citizen TV journalist Stephen Letoo’s wife, Irene Renoi, has remained largely out of the public eye.
The political reporter married Irene on April 20 at Ole Ntimama Stadium in Kilgoris, Narok County, in a grand celebration attended by thousands, including prominent media figures and politicians.
Among those who graced the occasion were Citizen TV journalists Linus Kaikai, Swaleh Mdoe, Ben Kirui, Jacque Maribe, and Chemutai Goin, alongside political leaders such as David Ole Sankok and Kisii Governor Simba Arati.
Pregnancy Speculation Confirmed
Recently, eagle-eyed fans noticed what appeared to be a baby bump in photos of Irene attending Letoo’s father’s funeral.
Dressed in a stylish black gown, her growing belly was unmistakable, sparking online speculation about an impending addition to their family.

Tuko recently reached out to Letoo for a comment, who confirmed the news, expressing his excitement about the new chapter.
"It’s an exciting phase for us. I already have a son, so this time I’m hoping for a girl. If it’s a girl, I’ll name her Fantana because I love Fantana and Diamond from Young, Famous & African," he revealed.
On adjusting to married life, Letoo admitted that his demanding career had made the transition challenging.
"Marriage came at a very demanding time for me as a journalist. I’ve been traveling a lot for work, so I haven’t had the chance to properly settle in yet," he explained.
Men’s Conference Chairman Faces Criticism
Letoo’s decision to settle down a year ago came as a shock to many Kenyan men, especially those who viewed him as the unofficial leader of the Men’s Conference—a group known for advocating polygamy and bachelorhood.

Some took to social media to call him out, accusing him of betraying their cause.
In his signature humorous style, Letoo brushed off the backlash, even joking about suspending his critics.
"Anyone making noise on social media is getting suspended immediately. You can’t attack the chairman and still fail to show up for an event held at Ole Ntimama Stadium," he quipped.
He also reflected on how unprepared he was for the overwhelming turnout at his wedding.
"I was genuinely surprised by the turnout. I had only made arrangements for 10,000 guests under the tents, yet the stadium was packed to capacity. It was a mix of joy and slight embarrassment. Had I known more people would sit on the mounds, I would have ensured they were cleaned because they were quite dusty," he joked.
