Tanzanian activist Maria Sarungi has confirmed her safety after the alleged abduction at Chaka Place in Nairobi’s Kilimani area.

Maria, is an independent Tanzanian media editor and human rights defender.

In 202, she ran to Kenya to seek safety for political reasons.
