Snoring happens when air flows through your throat when you breathe in your sleep.
Experts say this causes the relaxed tissues in your throat to vibrate, which leads to harsh, possibly loud sounds.
Snoring may disrupt your sleep or that of a partner.
According to online site Healthline, snoring is not a symptom to ignore, even if it’s not bothering you.
Online medical site Mayo Clinic on the other hand says that because snoring is such a common problem, there are numerous products available, such as nasal sprays or homeopathic therapies.
However, most of the products haven't been proved effective in clinical trials.
