The high cost of inputs remains the biggest hurdle, affecting 87% of respondents in September and 90% in November.
Poor quality of inputs (rising from 65% to 73%) and lack of finances (74% to 72%) also hinder access.

Limited knowledge of inputs increased slightly from 25% to 29%, while the high cost of mechanization grew significantly from 46% to 58%.
Other issues, though minor, remained constant at 10-13%.
