Real estate firm Finsco Africa issues title deeds to new homeowners

Real estate firm Finsco Africa has handed over 100 title deeds at their massive Thika Grove Chania Phase 1 project in Kiambu County.

The firm said another 150 title deeds are due for collection anytime next week.

Speaking during the event, Chief Executive Officer John Mwaura thanked the national government for facilitating them with amenities such as water, electricity and tarmac roads that have made the area accessible.

He went on to thank the county government of Murang'a, led by Governor Irungu Kanga’ta for offering support too.

“The national government led by President William Ruto has been in the forefront, championing the affordable housing solutions. At Finsco Africa we follow the national government as one of its flagship projects by helping investors and Kenyans accelerate cheaper and affordable housing solutions such as the Thika Grove Chania Project as we all support the government of the day to realise the Bottom-up Economic Transformation Agenda,” said Mwaura.

Mwaura added that, heated and negative politicking is scaring away investors.

He urged political leaders to tone down on political rhetoric and avoid creating unnecessary division to give the economy time to stabilise.

“Kenya has experienced the highest level of political exchanges between leaders in the recent past especially during the impeachment process of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua and a new Bill that seeks to extend the term limits of all elected leaders from five to seven years. It is time to give politics a break and give the country political stability necessary for its growth,” he observed.

Thika Grove Chania is a controlled project that will see Kenyans purchase land at a discounted rate from Sh3.8 million for an eighth an acre and a quarter an acre at Sh7.3 million.

The firm’s partners on site among them banks and saccos said the project encourages Kenyans to also participate through their cooperatives, Saccos, and saving groups to purchase land and build houses.
