This week, there will a judgment for one case, two rulings and four hearings. 

Among those before the courts to answer to allegations are businessman Yagnesh Devani, Ex-MD for Lake Basin Development Authority Peter Aguko Abok.

Former Migori Governor Okoth Obado will also face the court on a case of unlawful acquisition of public property.
