Burna Boy

Nigerian superstar Burna Boy recently shared that he has achieved so much success that he is now richer than some of the people he once looked up to.

"Imagine growing up and only politicians and oil men were the ones really making REAL money, followed by the ‘G boys.’ Music wasn’t even in the conversation when money was the topic," he wrote.

He added, “Now, an ugly black musician from Port Harcourt has more money than 90% of the people he looked up to as moneymakers.”

Burna Boy stressed that he never counts any young people out because they could become the next big success story. “They could be Elon Musk tomorrow typing this same message,” he noted.

The award-winning artist has become one of the most sought-after African stars, performing on international stages. In July, he celebrated the fifth anniversary of his album "African Giant" with a special performance on YouTube Music Nights.
