A woman has been charged in a Mombasa court with allegedly defrauding a landowner of two parcels valued at KSh100 million.Farzana Nur denied three counts of conspiracy to defraud, obtaining land registration by false pretences and forcible entry involving property in Shelly Beach, Likoni.The prosecution alleges she conspired with others to claim the land and register it in the names of her relatives without the owner’s authority.Senior Resident Magistrate Gladys Olimo granted her a KSh1 million bond with a surety of a similar amount.
