Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi has called for stronger accountability, inclusive governance and representative international institutions to restore public trust. Speaking on the second day of the Global Trust Summit in Nairobi, Mudavadi warned that declining confidence threatens institutional stability, economic prosperity and a shared future. He said public trust must be earned through integrity, fairness and tangible results, cautioning leaders against treating public confidence as a substitute for accountability in governance and public service delivery.
