The Editors Guild of Kenya, in partnership with other stakeholders, has called on public financial institutions to enhance transparency by making information and reports readily available to improve citizens’ decision-making. The guild also emphasized that journalists have a right to access public information, noting that greater transparency would help combat misinformation.
