President William Ruto will on Saturday begin a four-day development tour of Machakos, Makueni and Kitui counties, where he will launch and inspect projects in roads, housing, electricity and water, alongside issuing title deeds. The President will start in Mbiuni, Mwala Constituency, Machakos County, where he will inspect the construction of a sports academy and commission the Mwala Cluster Water Projects aimed at addressing persistent water shortages in the Lower Eastern region.
